Return policy

At Techbarco, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

Return Eligibility
1. You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged item in its original condition and packaging within 90 days of delivery.
2. Items that have been worn, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return has been approved, you will receive a prepaid return label. Please affix the label to the original packaging and drop off the package at any USPS location.
3. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return shipment to ensure it is received by our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs
1. If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
2. If the return is due to a change of mind or size/fit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
1. Once we receive your returned item(s) in its original condition, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
2. Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
